When returning products. Do not ship to a parcel store or pick-up point, unless specifically agreed upon. And never ship without notifying us in advance.
According to EU laws, we will refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs – but only at the lowest shipping rate possible. If you chose a shipping method that was not the cheapest possible shipping method, we will only refund the amount matching the cheapest possible shipping method.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 working days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail to email@example.com In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
For international customers outside of the EU, return and refund is possible, but only the purchased amount of the product(s) can be refunded, not the shipping costs. Shipping costs for thecustomer returning the goods will not be refunded.
In case of an unintended return of a shipment, additional shipping costs will be charged to re-ship out the order. This usually happens when a parcel is in not picked up at a parcel store or pick-up point or is returned after being with customs or a shipping company without them successfully delivering the parcel(s).
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Tardigrade Tactical to evaluate the item's condition. Only return products that are in the same condition as when you received them. Do not test products in a way that will leave marks or deform the product during the test. This could be (but limited to): magazines that will leave marks on a magazine pouch from gunpowder residue or oil. When trying the size of a belt, only try the size of the belt and do not start wearing the belt for evaluation. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Avoid breaking the packaging as mush as possible.
